One last Sunset and a Cooking class...

Our last evening in Torgiano, we were treated to the most interesting cooking class.  The chef was entertaining.... and also, quite good at showing us how to make some new dishes... AND, I got a darn nice Dipolma to show I participated in the class.... Tomorrow, off to Tuscany and more...

Another awesome sunset on the wall and the sky!

I stumbled upon the wine cellar... dust on the bottles, the whole bit.  The Maitre'd was kind enough to let me check it out...
