Hey, are we in the San Juan’s and not in Italy at Lake Como?

How nice to stay in bed till 8 and get up for a leisurely shower and breakfast… Truly a life we know that not everyone gets to experience… glad we get to today!
Found a beautiful garden hike behind the hotel after breakfast… up about 500 feet from the top of the hotel. Gorgeous views… BUT WHAT???? Are those the soupy kinda overcast we see when we are in the San Juans? You bet it was! Fortunately, us folks from the Northwest kinda learn to put up with anything. My only frustration… I didn’t bring my camera… so, that means, tomorrow, back on our hike!
Took the ferry across the Lake to Bellagio… a quaint town with a very famous hotel that is one of the top 10 in the world. We didn’t search out the hotel, but did poke around in the town quit a bit. My word, each little town in this country has it’s own little flavor and this one was no exception! The sidewalks and roads were all round rocks set in a concrete type mixture. Glad I was wearing tennis shoes… I cannot imagine what havoc would happen to a high heel OR the poor person wearing them. Course, my camera was a happy camper clicking away! Found a young girl kicking her soccer ball on the steps… Now, you do what you have to do, right?
Had a bite to eat, took the ferry back and relaxed in the ‘five pools’ area… so warm, so pretty looking at the mist shrouded Lake and five different areas of water we tried. Loved it. Changed, stopped for a glass of wine on the way back to our room. Now, we’re relaxing before dinner… I think I could get use to this!

This is the colorful furniture in the lounge of the hotel... bright and fun!

This Pool table was built in the 1880's... I'm surprised they let anyone use it... They do ask us to be careful...

All over they have these glass vases filled with fresh roses and green and water to the top of the vase... so pretty!

Bellagio has it's charm.... again, way too many stair/alley photos... don't worry, I'm not posting them all...

See the rock cobblestone paths... almost, and I say that lightly, feels like your getting a foot massage as you walk...

Yup, a young girl playing kicking the soccer ball up the stairs...

There is a Rapidiz Boat on the Lake... was something to see...

Spent some good time in the pools...
