We Are Going… Busted Kneecap or Not!

No, not mine or Jerry’s but Jilli’s… Happened last week on her bike… pretty bad… Our plans for this Hawaiian trip will still happen. Can tell you, no matter what age your kids are, they are still your kids?Surgery was scheduled for Tuesday and we left Monday. Praise God for cell phones… yup, the same cell phones I complain about. Jillian has been staying at our house since the injury, so thought I’d include a pic. Oliver stuck to her like glue... always sitting next to the knee.
We bid her farewell early Monday morning, and from then on, we were suppose to relax… excuse me… you all know me… relax with an impending surgery on my kid… Once I knew she had friends/family in place… it seemed a little better. We shall see…
Checked in the Westin and they upgraded us to a $1900 suite…. With no price increase for us! It is the size of a one bedroom apartment, is ocean front, about 100 feet from the shoreline and waves… pretty nice… included some pics… Beautiful Sunset… Time for bed… it’s been a long day!
