First real trip since Mom left this orb we live on. We're off to see Halley and Dan... MLC has a graduation on Saturday (Board Meeting on Friday before). Nice here... hoping for some Thunder.... nothing too big though... And have it gone by Sunday when we get on a plane and go see Patti and Mike in Galesburg.
The flight here was quite nice... we got a free upgrade to First Class and that always makes it more comfortable. Hardly any turbulence and the landing had to be one of the softest I've had. I even had to let the pilot know.... He said that's what they always aim for....
Temp is 78 here at 8pm.... gonna not be quite as warm tomorrow... You know, I was just thinking, one of the reasons I started this travel blog was so mom would be on the journey with us.... I guess she still is but in a different way.... Soooo, good nite to all, and we'll fill you in later....
